What we do
We buy residential property in New York directly, for cash, and we can alternatively arrange to list a property for sale — listings are handled through our family’s licensed brokerage. Requesting an offer is free and carries no obligation of any kind.
Offers are not binding until contract
Any figure we share — on a call, by email, or in writing — is an offer to begin a conversation, not a binding commitment by either side. No sale exists until both parties sign a written purchase contract. Offers depend on the accuracy of the information provided and on our inspection of the property, and they can be updated or withdrawn before contract.
Not professional advice
Content on this site is general information about selling property in New York. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Situations like foreclosure, probate, and divorce have real legal consequences — we encourage you to consult your own attorney or advisor, and nothing on this site replaces that.
Communications consent
When you submit a form, you agree that we may call and email you about your property and your offer, including through automated technology and AI assistant, as disclosed with each form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Tell us on any call, or email us, and we stop. Text messages are separate and optional — see the next section. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Text messaging (SMS) program
Program: MM Union Cash Buyers sends text messages about the property and offer you asked us about — confirming your request, scheduling a walkthrough, sharing offer details, requesting documents, and coordinating closing.
How you opt in: by ticking the optional, unchecked text-message box on one of our forms. Texting is never required to submit a form, and consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale.
- Message frequency varies with your request — typically a handful of messages over the life of your enquiry.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Don’t misuse the site: no submitting false information or other people’s information without their permission, no scraping, no attempting to disrupt or probe the site. We may block abusive traffic.

The text, design, and logos on this site belong to MM Union Cash Buyers Corp.. You may not copy or republish them for commercial use without our written permission.
