What we do
We buy residential property in New York directly, for cash, and we can alternatively arrange to list a property for sale — listings are handled through our family’s licensed brokerage. Requesting an offer is free and carries no obligation of any kind.
Offers are not binding until contract
Any figure we share — on a call, by email, or in writing — is an offer to begin a conversation, not a binding commitment by either side. No sale exists until both parties sign a written purchase contract. Offers depend on the accuracy of the information provided and on our inspection of the property, and they can be updated or withdrawn before contract.
Not professional advice
Content on this site is general information about selling property in New York. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
